A website for a tutoring business: free assessments, online enrollment and session packs
A tutoring website needs three things a parent can do from a phone: book a free assessment, enroll their child and buy sessions. Our live demo, Juniper Learning Studio, does all three today, and we build a tutor's own version free from your work order in 2 to 3 business days; the website itself then costs $30 a month with everything in it.
For you, that means you can show a tutor or learning center the finished thing in five minutes and charge your own fee for setting it up and looking after it.
What a tutor or learning center asks for
- Free assessment booking. A booking form with a free 30-minute time from the appointment calendar, the child's grade and what they need help with; bookings land in the admin and by e-mail.
- Online enrollment. An enrollment form that collects the child's grade, school and subjects.
- Sessions, packs and camps sold online. Single sessions, 4- and 8-session packs, a monthly homework club and camps are products in the site's own store, with a cart and checkout. The studio connects its own payment account.
- Programs and tutors. Each program with the grades and what happens; each tutor with a photo and background.
- Child-safe by design. The forms ask for a child's first name only, and the demo's photos show rooms, books and adults, never identifiable children.
- Answers at 10 PM. The site's AI concierge answers parents' questions about grades, prices and times from the site's own facts.
- Video calls, gift cards, a QR code for flyers and an app on parents' phones, built in: every iNterGine site installs on a phone like an app; try it on the demo.
What the parent sees, on a phone

A five-minute walk-through for the meeting: hand your phone over on the demo's home page; open Free Assessment and show the calendar and the form (do not send it); open Pricing and put a pack in the cart (do not pay); show the tutors; then show the demo tour. Juniper is a fictitious studio in a real neighborhood, the Houston Heights, and its photos were made with the site's own picture AI: say so when you show it.
What it costs the tutor, and what you earn
We build the website free from your work order, in 2 to 3 business days. The website then costs $360 a year ($30 a month), with everything in it: online store, booking, forms, blog, members area, phone app and SEO tools. Your set-up fee and your monthly care fee come on top, and you keep all of it; iNterGine takes no cut. How to set them: how much to charge for a small business website.
Where something else may fit better
- Learning centers that run lessons, attendance and progress reports in tutoring-management software should keep it; their website can link to its parent portal. On the demo the calendar books the free assessment, and regular sessions are bought as packs.
- Tutors who teach only online through a lesson platform may need little more than a profile there.
- Owners who want to design every detail themselves may prefer Wix's editor and template library.
Need something extra that the site does not do yet? Our in-house app development team can build it.
Questions tutors ask
Can we use our own programs, prices and photos?
Yes. The work order asks for the programs, prices, hours and photos; the demo's studio and pictures are only examples.
Where do bookings and enrollments go?
Into the site's admin, and by e-mail to the address the tutor chooses.
How do parents pay for packs?
Through the site's own checkout, once the tutor connects a payment gateway such as PayPal. The demo stops before payment.
How long until the site is live?
We build it in 2 to 3 business days from the work order.
